Description
This is a meet specifically designed to give swimmers who DO NOT
have PNS Champs qualifying times the experience of swimming in a
World Class facility. Swimming at the King County Aquatic Center is
a completely different experience than our regular challenge and
fun meets and I highly encourage you to sign up and check it out.
IMPORTANT: There are no
disqualifying times for swimmers 10 and Under swimmers whether they
have a champs qualifying time or not.
The meet structure is a Pentathlon for all 12 and Under swimmers.
That means you are encouraged to sign up for all 5 events, one of
each stroke and an Individual Medley. This is not required to swim
in the meet, but is required to ribbon. Check with your coach if
you are unsure about weather your swimmer should swim a specific
stroke.
13 and Over swimmers will swim Preliminaries in the first session
and Finals if they qualify (top 16 swimmers) in the third session.
The can sign up for 3 event per day.
ENTRY FEES:
• Surcharge: $15.00
• Deck entry surcharge: $30.00 (swimmer not previously in
meet)
• Individual Event: $4.00
Though there are three session per day, KCAC runs very efficient
meets so I do not expect this to be an "in to the evening" affair.
They will be using both pools and generally swim Men on one side
and Women on the other.
We need a fairly quick turn around on this entry. I've set the
deadline for Sunday the 14th. I hope to see you and your swimmers
there.
