The Poulsbo Piranhas now include a Masters swim team! Welcome!
Workouts begin January 4th, 6:00-7:00 a.m.
Our initial practice schedule is Monday and Thursday mornings 6:00
- 7:00 a.m. and Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:30-8:00
p.m.
This program includes structured workouts that focus on a variety
of swimming aspects with an ultimate goal of full body
fitness. Our training priorities are in order, proper stroke
technique, aerobic conditioning, strength & speed training, and
competition strategy with a goal of having swimmers that ore
confident in the water and eager to compete (with themselves, with
each other, at swim meets, open water swims, triathlons).
